Restitution workshop of the Improving freshwater biodiversity conservation in Côte d'Ivoire project using DNA-based monitoring

On Thursday, July 07, 2022, at Nangui-Abrogoua University (Abidjan-Côte d'Ivoire), the project restitution workshop on the use

of environmental NDA as a conservation aid tool took place of Freshwater Biodiversity in Côte d'Ivoire.

PAHSA/IHE participated in this workshop through its Biodiversity Coordinator Mr. Jules ASSI Jules.

He was invited to present the implementationof the BAP/PAHSA “case of the Bandama River”

as a model for taking biodiversity into account in development projects

Through his presentation, Mr. ASSI presented to all the participants the achievements

of the PAHSA in terms of "net gain" in favor of Biodiversity thanks to its Biodiversity Action Plan (BAP).
