The Council of Ministers held on Wednesday November 3, 2021, adopted a decree approving addendum N° 2 to the IHE convention for the design, financing, construction, operation, and transfer of ownership of the Singrobo-Ahouaty hydroelectric development.

 The council also adopted an ordinance on the legalization of the tax and customs regime.

The adoption of these decrees will meet the requirements for financial closure.
